Als Sales and Partnerships Manager - Healthtech für Probatix bist Du für die Akquise neuer strategischer Partnerschaften und Kunden aus dem medizinischen Labor- und Diagnostikbereich verantwortlich:

Du betreust Interessenten und potenzielle Kunden (Leads) vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss, dabei bist du stets ein/e zuverlässige/r Ansprechpartner/in
Du baust langfristige Kooperationen mit Partnern aus dem Diagnostik und Gesundheitsbereich auf und stärkst damit nachhaltig unser Wachstum
Du übernimmst strategische Projekte, wie die Integration neuer Key-Accounts im Laborbereich
Du bist zuständig für die Beratung von Laboren bei ihren spezifischen geschäftlichen Herausforderungen
Du führst regelmäßig Verhandlungen mit unseren Geschäftspartnern
Du vertrittst Probatix auf Konferenzen und Brachenevents und treibst Kampagnen voran

Du hast einen akademischen Abschluss
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer relevanten Position bei einer Firma aus dem Healthtech Bereich
Du bringst ein etabliertes Netzwerk in der deutschen Diagnostik- und Healthtech-Industrie mit
Du bist akquisestark, zahlenorientiert und kannst Partner quantitativ und qualitativ vom Mehrwert unserer Produkte überzeugen
Du bist stark in der Kommunikation, hast effektive Netzwerk- und Einflussmöglichkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit Partnerschaften aufzubauen
Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Top-Level- und Executive-Level-Präsenz
Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
Du besitzt exzellente sprachliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission

Let's do it! How will you be a game changer as Sales and Partnerships Manager - Healthtech (d/w/m)?
As a Sales and Partnerships Manager - Healthtech for Probatix you are responsible for the acquisition of new strategic partnerships and customers from the medical laboratory and diagnostic sector:

You support prospects and potential customers (leads) from the first contact until the contract signing. You are the dedicated contact person.
You build up long-term cooperations with partners from the diagnostics and healthcare sector and thus sustainably strengthen our growth
You will take on strategic projects, such as the integration of new key accounts in the laboratory sector.
You are responsible for advising laboratories on their specific business challenges
You regularly conduct negotiations with our business partners
You represent Probatix at conferences and industry events and drive campaigns forward

Your profile

Make more of the knowledge you've worked hard to acquire and the passion you have:

You have an academic degree
You have several years of experience in a relevant position at a company in the healthtech sector
You have an established network in the German diagnostics and healthtech industry
You are acquisition strong, number oriented and can convince partners quantitatively and qualitatively of the added value of our products
You are strong in communication, have effective networking and influencing skills and the ability to build partnerships
You have excellent top-level and executive-level communication skills
You have strong negotiation skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
